A wonderful foothills neighborhood with large lots and rolling grass fields this area has a terrific sense of community and an open country feel. This seventies ranch home had seen some updating in its time and could have stood a little more in some places, but for the price it offered a fair deal. The sellers were a young family of considerable artistic talent and had liberal use of vibrant primary colors in the rooms throughout the home. Opposite of what we normally recommend for color schemes we felt that with furnishings in sedate colors and a high end look we could leave the colors as they were. Even the strong blue entry and hall way were toned down with the addition of art and floral accents. The overall effect was perfect and well received. This home was under contract and sold in less than thirty days.
