Denver Technological Center is a business and economic trading center considered to be one of the major birthplaces of cable television. Residential communities spawned by this powerhouse of major business and cable empires are some of the most desirable in the Denver metropolitan area.

Built in the late 70's the town homes in the Stoney Brook development were some of the first in the Tech center communities. Exterior landscaping maintained by the homeowners association is some of the most unique in the area, designed with flowing brooks and ponds with fountain features that provide stunning views from many of the homes picture windows. Although well maintained, this town home was dated. Popcorn ceilings and liberal use of fabric and foil wall papers revealed its age. Priced higher than similar units for sale in the area in the middle of a difficult real estate market, this home was stuck in a rut.
